Our Background, Experience and Approach

Trained in UK and China...

We started learning Tai Chi during the early '80s,

training locally and making trips to train in China

and became instructors in the early 90's

Focus and approach

Since the late 90's Amanda has focussed on

even paced Yang style Taijiquan and

sets of DaoYin exercises for wellbeing.

In classes with Amanda you will be encouraged

to exercise slowly and smoothly,

build up your strength and flexibility at your own pace

and release tension.
