Beginners are welcome at the weekly classes below. The first hour is suitable for beginners and those wanting to ease into exercise gently. Each session includes both DaoYin exercises and Tai Chi.

Stay Active - Keep Young is a weekly seated exercise class in Northampton
Some weeks the session is seated Yoga with Liz, other weeks Amanda leads a session of Dao Yin exercises.
Choose to exercise seated throughout the session or to stand for some exercises.
